How the on-line shop works

Please note that Infinity Junction will pass you to one of the world's most secure trading servers once you confirm you want to buy. We will never know any of your credit card information so we cannot be hacked for your details.
  •  We suggest you print out this page then, if you have problems or are unsure, go through the process following these instructions.

  •  First time you ever use the 'shop' you will be asked to 'sign-up' with details which are only kept on a high security server. You will need to invent a user-name and password - probably your own name and your pet dog's name or similar, or you can use the ones from your own internet service provider if you can remember them easily. It's worth noting them down as it will save time if you want to use the system again in the future. (See 'The biggest single failure' below.)
  •  If the form you are completing comes back with red marks against any of the boxes, it means you will have to fill those details correctly before the registration is accepted.
  •  Once registered, you need to 'log in' before a purchase can be completed, (with your user-name and password,) and then buy using a typical internet shopping-cart system which you will find inside the 'shop.'
  •  Don't forget that you need to go to the 'check-out' before your order can be processed.
  •  Once you have confirmed the sale details are correct, you will be transferred to a bank approved super-high-security system for credit card transactions. Neither Infinity Junction, nor our shopping system people will ever know your card details.
  •  IMPORTANT - if you don't get to the internet credit card trading screen, you have missed something out or filled in something wrong and have not been transferred. Therefore your purchase will fail if you leave it at this point.
     The biggest single failure rate for people trying to log in is getting user name and/or password wrong! Something as minor as a capital letter instead of lower case will cause failure - hence the need for care and to note it down EXACTLY as you type it in on the sign-up page, (including dashes, underlines, dots, spaces etc if used.)
     If you get the user-name wrong when logging in, try again using minor variants such as changing letter case for initials and first letter of your surname.
     If you get your password wrong, there is a 'forgot password' system to give you a new one.
  •  A short while after the credit card has been processed, you will receive an e-mail from the internet bank we use confirming that your order has gone through their system. Check your e-mail about fifteen minutes after ordering and if there is no word from them, e-mail us because your purchase may have failed.
     Note- we only send out goods when the internet trading bank confirm you have made a payment.
  •  Accepted credit card users don't need to worry about currency conversion - your own credit card provider sorts that out automatically.
  •  There is a help system inside the shop, or you can leave the shop and come back to the front end of the website at any time by using the 'leave shop' hyperlink near the top left of the 'shop' screen.
  • If you get stuck at any point, make a note of where you are in the process and any error messages displayed, then E-mail sales@InfinityJunction.com - we aim to reply to sales enquiry E-mails within less than 1 working day worldwide.
  •  It is as secure as you can get, almost certainly much safer than using a hole-in-the-wall cash dispenser or posting a bank cheque.

    Important note- the system takes you through several layers of anti-fraud security to protect both you and Infinity Junction, which is why some people may think it a little fussy to use. We believe most people prefer to be safe.
       Confirmation of an accepted order does not mean we are legally bound to deliver. If for example we are alerted to possible fraudulent use of credit cards, a credit refund is likely to be offered instead of goods. This means that fraudulent use is very unlikely to work.

     Notes on printing this page - Best way to print this page depends on your own print system. If you are very lucky, the printer driver software will auto-adjust the page to fit onto your paper, if you are offered such an option, use it. (You may have to check page layout, printer settings or properties, or options, print preview, or something like that - or use a fit to page, or fits lots option, etc.) Otherwise you may have to resize this page on screen manually (reduce the width) to fit your paper.
