USA Literary Agencies and writers services, how good are they?
Help us find out please.

Infinity Junction, in cooperation with a popular UK writers magazine, wants to help authors and writers in the UK pick the best US literary agencies and services to approach. We need your help please.
If you have had dealings with any US agent or agency in the last 3 or 4 years, especially if that agent has tried to charge you, or get you to buy services, even if those services were not supplied directly by them, we'd like to hear your story please. Everything will be treated in confidence unless you give us permission to use your experiences in an article or web page, (anonymously if you prefer.) Also if you have used a writers literary service or agency we'd like to hear.
Initially e-mail please - infin-input@infinityjunction.com - saying what agency(ies) you have approached, when, how you found out about them, and what you submitted or were asked to do to get accepted. Any other details appreciated too. Thank you for your help.

We are particularly interested to find the best New York literary agency since this is the biggest literary centre within the USA and the most common destination for UK air flights, (apart from Florida in the summer holiday.) So, please, if you have dealt with a New York literary agency, contact us as soon as possible. Thanks a lot.

  • ' is New York Literary Agency a scam? ' - we typed that into Google and got some interesting results - but we don't know who is right so need your help to find out. STOP PRESS- thanks to our readers, we now have evidence which DOES suggest New York Literary Agency and Writers Literary Services agency and Writers Literary Agency, (WL,) claiming to be independent and based in three different places, are in fact closely related SCAMS. We believe that writers, enticed by a computer generated 'yes this is fine' type answer, are then asked to pay for more and more 'services' which are useless. More evidence appreciated, thank you.
